Withdrawals. Withdrawals require verified identity, MFA, and are subject to velocity limits, cooling periods, and administrator review. Large withdrawals require two-person approval.
Reversals. The platform may reverse transactions for confirmed fraud, chargebacks, sanctions, or material terms violations. Reversals are recorded as compensating ledger entries and never edit history.
